How to Use This App

 

Getting started

Quick links are accessible via the red circle button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

From here, you can access:

  1. How to Train: This will outline the Move Like Human training framework so that you can build your weekly training schedule using the on-demand training programs provided.
  2. Live Event Link & Schedule: here you can access the member-only Zoom link for all live events as well as the most current live event schedule.
  3. Village Talks: This member-only podcast is released daily and focused on providing fuel for mindset, perspective, inspiration, and accountability.

 

On-demand training programs

After you've read through the How to Train documentation and outlined your weekly schedule, you'll use the on-demand training programs for exercise instruction.

You can open any on-demand program by simply clicking on it. 

Once you've opened the program, you have two options for how to view the content within it:

  1. You can click the red Get Started button and you'll be taken through the program in chronological order from start to finish.

 

 2. You can click the title of the program to see all of the available content in that program. This is a good option for return visits to access specific exercises you'd like to train that day.

 

Basecamp & The Village

(IMPORTANT: For now, in the app only, Courses = Basecamp and Community = The Village. We're working on a fix for this and hope to have it named correctly in the near future.)

Basecamp is your member-only dashboard. From here, you can access all on-demand training programs, Village Talks podcast, the live training archive, and the live Q&A archive.

The Village is the Move Like Human community where you can interact with me and all of your fellow community members. Don't be shy! Speak up and get involved, get to know others, and ask questions.
